Iowa Men S Basketball To Play Virginia Tech

The Iowa men’s basketball team has announced a neutral site non-conference game against Virginia Tech in Sioux City for the 2026-27 season. The game will take place on November 10 at the Tyson Events Center.

This will be Iowa’s first game in Sioux City. According to Iowa head coach Ben McCollum, “We’re excited to bring Hawkeye basketball to the western side of the state for an early-season matchup against Virginia Tech.”

Tickets for the game will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday.
