The Ucross Foundation, an acclaimed artist residency program, has named three new Trustees to its Board: Deborah Koehler of Houston, Texas; Marisa Silver of Los Angeles, California; and Craig Jarchow of Houston, Texas. Additionally, longtime Trustee S. James Nelson of Big Horn, Wyoming, has been named Chairman Emeritus.
New Trustees Bring Diverse Experience
Deborah Koehler, a returning Trustee, has been involved with Ucross for over 20 years and has a strong background in the arts and nonprofit management. Marisa Silver is a bestselling author and has received several fellowships, including one from the Guggenheim Foundation. Craig Jarchow is the President and CEO of TG Natural Resources and has experience in the energy industry.
The Ucross Board of Trustees now comprises Chair Jesse Marion of Spring, Texas; Vice President Susan Miller of Sheridan, Wyoming; Treasurer Roger Plank of Ucross, Wyoming, and Houston, Texas; Secretary Kim Cannon of Big Horn, Wyoming; and several other members from Wyoming, Texas, and other states.
