Fort Worth, Texas – Trademark Property Company, a mixed‑use investor, developer and operator, announced today that it has added Tory Glossip as Senior Vice President of Property Management. Glossip’s roughly 25 years of experience in retail and mixed‑use property management is expected to bolster the firm’s expanding portfolio and strategic initiatives.
Leadership endorsement
“Tory is exactly the kind of leader we look for at Trademark,” said Kevin Kessinger, President and COO of the firm. “She is direct, thoughtful, and deeply invested in developing the people around her. We’re excited for the impact she will have on our properties and our team.”
Role and responsibilities
In her new position, Glossip will assume primary responsibility for a portion of Trademark’s portfolio and will fully lead the company’s property management function, including strategic initiatives that support the firm’s growth. The appointment comes as Trademark recently acquired Oak Hill Plaza, a 16,000‑square‑foot neighborhood shopping center in Austin, and assumed management of the 138‑acre Atlantic Station mixed‑use retail district in Atlanta.
Glossip’s background
Before joining Trademark, Glossip served as Vice President of Property Management at Centennial Real Estate, where she oversaw 17 properties totaling more than 9 million square feet and roughly $163 million in annual revenue, including $80 million of active redevelopment projects. Earlier, she spent four years as Managing Director of Real Estate Management Services at Colliers International, growing the region’s assets under management from 5.7 million to over 10 million square feet in three years. Glossip also spent 12 years at Madison Marquette, leading a $750 million Pacific Northwest portfolio and playing a key role in the $90 million redevelopment of the landmark Pacific Place property in downtown Seattle.
Professional credentials
Glossip holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) designations. She was named a 2020 GlobeSt. Woman of Influence and is active in industry groups ICSC and IREM, having held board leadership roles including vice chair and chair of ICSC@Red River. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the University of Iowa.
Company outlook
“As we continue to build out our best‑in‑class operating team, we are very pleased to have someone with Tory’s capabilities and experience join us in this important role,” said Terry Montesi, CEO and Founder of Trademark Property Company. “We are building an unbeatable platform for operating large institutional‑quality retail and mixed‑use assets. Tory will be instrumental in helping us deliver on that vision for our communities and partners.”
Executive recruitment firm MHW Search led the placement on behalf of Trademark. The company, headquartered in Fort Worth, manages a 19‑property retail and mixed‑use portfolio totaling over 11 million square feet across the country and employs more than 210 staff members. Trademark’s purpose is to be extraordinary stewards, enhance communities and enrich lives.
