Gilmer, TX, resident and KTBS contributor Bethany Nolan shared her favorite crowd-pleasing recipe for pineapple ranch water, perfect for summer entertaining. This refreshing drink can be served as a mocktail or transformed into a cocktail by adding tequila or rum.
Pineapple Ranch Water Recipe
The recipe starts with a base of pineapple Jarritos soda, pineapple juice, and lime juice mixed together in a large pitcher. To maintain carbonation, Nolan recommends waiting to add the soda until just before serving if the drink is being prepared ahead of time.
For presentation, she suggests serving the drink over ice in glasses with rims coated in lime juice and Tajín seasoning. Nolan also shared several hosting tips, including investing in a decorative pitcher and using a pouring container with a spout for easier mixing.
The pineapple ranch water is designed to be a refreshing option for warm-weather events, whether it’s served at a backyard barbecue, pool party, or family gathering.
