Sugar Land and Missouri City are gearing up for a fun-filled summer with a range of events that cater to all interests. The city of Sugar Land will host several FIFA World Cup viewing parties, complete with international food vendors, cultural performances, and family-friendly activities.

Some of the notable events include a two-day soccer camp hosted by Sugar Land Space Cowboys, Imperial Soccer Club, and GFI Academy, which is open to kids aged 5-12. Additionally, the Sugar Land Baptist Church Sanctuary Choir & Orchestra will perform a concert celebrating 250 years of American music, followed by a free ice cream social.
The city will also commemorate Juneteenth with a flag-placing ceremony, a documentary screening, and a visit to the Sugar Land 95 exhibit. Furthermore, the 24th annual Juneteenth celebration in Missouri City will feature a family night out, a parade, and a concert in the park.
