Spoonbill Gallery in Greenville will host ‘The Journey Continues’ exhibition, featuring the abstract paintings of Sarkis Chorbadjian, from Aug. 7 through Aug. 29.
About the Exhibition
Chorbadjian’s collection is inspired by his travels, memories, and fascination with the ancient world. Originally from Cyprus, he has called Greenville home since 1978. The exhibition draws upon his experiences traveling back to Cyprus and around the world, as well as impressions of real and imagined places.
‘The opening night of this exhibition falls on my birthday, which makes this show especially meaningful,’ said Chorbadjian. ‘This voyage of discovery has been adventurous on so many levels, and I cannot wait to share it through these new paintings. Each work is an invitation to travel with me—to revisit memories, imagine new destinations, and continue the journey together.’
