Program Details
The scholarship is open to undergraduate veterans enrolled at any accredited U.S. college or university, regardless of location, major, or field of study. Applicants must submit an original essay between 500 and 800 words responding to a prompt that describes how their experience as a veteran has influenced their educational journey and future career goals.
S&G Laboratories was founded by Dr. Lynn Puana, a practicing physician who has served patients on Hawaii’s Big Island since 2008. The organization aims to improve patient outcomes through high-quality laboratory testing and responsive clinical support.
The application window is currently open, and all submissions must be received by March 15, 2027. The scholarship recipient will be announced on April 15, 2027, following a thorough review process.
