The funeral for Rogers police officer Fred Marsh, who drowned in Missouri, will take place at New Life Church in Pine Bluff at 10:30 on Monday morning. Officer Marsh drowned on the evening of July 18 in the Elk River while trying to save his fiancée. His family says that Marsh had just proposed to her hours before his death.
