Oasis to play three shows at Gillette Stadium in August 2027

Boston music fans have a reason to celebrate. The reunited British rock band Oasis will headline three consecutive concerts at Gillette Stadium on August 10, 13 and 14, 2027, as part of their newly announced Oasis Live ’27 tour.

Tour details and local significance

The Oasis Live ’27 tour will feature a total of 38 shows, with 32 stops across the United Kingdom, Ireland and Western Europe, and six U.S. dates. Half of the U.S. performances will be in the Boston area, underscoring the city’s reputation as a major stop for world‑class entertainment.

Gillette Stadium, located in Foxborough, has become a premier venue for large‑scale concerts, offering ample seating and modern amenities. The three‑night run will give local fans multiple opportunities to experience the band’s classic hits—such as “Wonderwall,” “Don’t Look Back in Anger,” and “Championship ”—as well as new material from the band’s recent reunion recordings.

Ticketing information

Pre‑registration for tickets begins Thursday at 11 a.m. Eastern Time. According to LiveNation’s announcement, ticket prices will range from $122.65 for upper‑level seats to $541.05 for premium floor locations. Fans are encouraged to register early, as demand for Oasis tickets is expected to be high given the band’s recent resurgence and the limited number of shows in the region.

LiveNation will handle all sales through its official website and authorized ticket outlets. Buyers should watch for any additional fees at checkout and verify that they are purchasing from a legitimate source to avoid scams.

Economic and community impact

Large‑scale concerts like this typically generate a boost for the local economy. Hotels, restaurants, and retail businesses in the Greater Boston area anticipate increased patronage from out‑of‑town visitors. The city’s transportation agencies have already begun coordinating with event planners to ensure smooth traffic flow and adequate public‑transit options for concertgoers.

Mayor Michelle Wu’s office has expressed support for events that bring cultural enrichment and economic activity to the region. While the city will monitor crowd management and public safety, officials expect the concerts to be a positive addition to Boston’s vibrant arts scene.

What’s next on the tour?

Following the Boston shows, Oasis will travel to Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium the following week, continuing their U.S. leg before returning to Europe for the remainder of the tour. Fans in other cities can look forward to additional dates announced later this year.

For the latest updates on ticket availability, venue policies, and any COVID‑19 related guidelines, readers should consult the official Gillette Stadium website or the LiveNation portal.
