Long Beach Transit has begun offering direct bus service from downtown Long Beach to World Cup matches at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood. The special service, provided through Metro’s World Cup Enhanced Service Program, will operate for all eight World Cup matches scheduled at the stadium between June 12 and July 10.
Service Details
Buses will depart from First Street between Long Beach Boulevard and Elm Avenue in downtown Long Beach and will run every eight to 10 minutes beginning about four hours before kickoff and continuing until 90 minutes after each match ends. The trip to SoFi Stadium will take approximately one hour each way.
Reserved parking is available at City Place Lot C, 51 E. Third St., with reservations beginning at $12. Bus fares are $1.75 each way and can be paid using a TAP card, debit card, credit card or mobile wallet.
