Location and Size

The new Buc-ee’s will be situated on a 34-acre site along Trollingwood-Hawfields Road, conveniently located near the I-40/I-85 interchange. According to a Buc-ee’s spokesperson, the Mebane location will be approximately 75,000 square feet, making it larger than the nearest Buc-ee’s in Florence, South Carolina.

Opening Timeline

Infrastructure Support

The North Carolina Department of Transportation is collaborating with Buc-ee’s to ensure adequate access points to the new gas station. This partnership aims to facilitate smooth traffic flow and accessibility for the expected influx of visitors to the location.

Buc-ee’s expansion into North Carolina is a testament to the company’s growing popularity and its commitment to providing comprehensive services to travelers and locals alike.
