Kendrick Pool Reopens with Free Community Day in Sheridan

The Sheridan Recreation District is excited to announce the grand reopening of the Kendrick Pool, which has undergone significant renovations. To celebrate, the district is hosting a free event open to the public on Sunday, June 7, from noon to 7 p.m. This community event will feature raffles, giveaways, and a sensory tent hosted by REACH, providing a welcoming environment for all attendees. The grand opening is generously sponsored by Bluepeak.

Admission and Passes

During the 2026 pool season, Kendrick Pool will offer daily admission rates of $8 for adults aged 18-59, $5 for students aged 8-17 and seniors aged 60 and older, and $3 for children aged 3-7. For those planning to visit frequently, season passes are available for purchase. Adult passes are priced at $200, youth and senior passes at $150, and family passes for up to four members at $300, with an option to add additional family members for $25 each. A 10-visit punch pass is also available for $50.

Programs and Activities

The pool will offer a variety of programs to cater to different interests. Water exercise classes are scheduled from 11 a.m. to noon Monday through Thursday, and from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Friday, with each session costing $3 or $25 for a 10-punch pass. For early risers, lap swim sessions will be available from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Friday, at $2 per session or $15 for a 10-punch pass.

Additionally, swim lessons are available for those looking to improve their skills in the water. Registration for lessons opened on April 1, with a waitlist option for those interested. Lessons are priced at $50 and will begin on June 15, running four days a week over a two-week period.
