Wyoming Whiskey is celebrating America’s 250th anniversary with a limited-edition bourbon release. The ‘State of the Union’ bourbon is aged for six years and bottled at 98 proof. This special bourbon is crafted using locally sourced non-GMO grains from Wyoming farmers and pure limestone water drawn from aquifers near the distillery.
Unique Flavors
The ‘State of the Union’ bourbon features unique flavors, including aromas of raspberry and soft lemon, rounded out by a touch of sweet tea. On the palate, notes of peaches and raspberries are layered with white chocolate and brown sugar, leading to a finish marked by candied ginger and cherry balanced by smooth milk chocolate.
Wyoming Whiskey Co-Founder David DeFozio is excited to release this whiskey to commemorate 250 years of American history. This anniversary is an opportunity to reflect on what endures—the land, the people, and the spirit of independence that continues to define America.
The ‘State of the Union’ bourbon can be found at the Whiskey Shop in Kirby, Barrel House in Jackson, and at select retailers across the state.
