A dog that had been missing for four days was rescued by the Wolfe County Search & Rescue Team in Kentucky. The dog had fallen off a 65-foot cliff and became stranded on a narrow ledge just 35 feet below the top.
The team was able to locate the dog and rescue it with a high-angle rope rescue operation. The dog’s owner had heard it faintly barking on the cliff side, crying out for help.
After some teamwork, the pup was finally reunited with its very grateful owner. The rescue team expressed gratitude for their dedicated volunteers who made a difference in the rescue effort.
