UFC Legend Denies Posting Alleged Eric Trump DMs

Former UFC champion Daniel Cormier has denied posting viral screenshots that appear to show a conversation with Eric Trump, the president’s son, about fighter injuries and potentially rigged fights ahead of UFC Freedom 250 at the White House.

Alleged Conversation Sparks Controversy

The now-deleted post from Cormier showed screenshots of what seemed to be direct messages between himself and Eric Trump, with Trump asking for inside information that could be used for betting purposes. Cormier has since come forward, stating that the posts were fake and that his account was hacked.

Cormier expressed disbelief that people believed the alleged conversation, saying, ‘I got hacked or something… Who believes stuff like that? That’s crazy.’ He also denied posting the alleged interaction to social media, claiming that the reporting on the matter was incorrect.

Eric Trump also posted on social media, referring to the screenshots as ‘fake, AI-generated screenshots’ and stating that he has never spoken to Cormier. The incident has sparked controversy, with some questioning the authenticity of the posts and others criticizing the alleged conversation for potentially implying cheating in the UFC.
