A motorcycle crash in Colorado Springs has resulted in the death of one person. The incident occurred on June 15, around 9:15 a.m., near the intersection of Briargate Parkway and Lexington Drive.
According to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), the motorcycle was traveling eastbound on Briargate Parkway, while the vehicle was traveling westbound, attempting to turn left onto Lexington Drive when the collision occurred. The driver of the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver of the vehicle was uninjured.
Law enforcement is investigating speed as a possible factor in the crash. The CSPD is working to determine the cause of the accident and is urging anyone with information to come forward.
