Tuscaloosa Hosts Community Summit

Nonprofit leaders, volunteers, board members, and community advocates from across Alabama will gather in Tuscaloosa on Friday, June 12, for The Community Summit, united by a common goal: building stronger nonprofits and stronger communities throughout the state.

Equipping Nonprofits for Success

According to Ryan Davidson, founder of Granted, LLC, a full-service fund development agency that helps nonprofits secure funding, strengthen relationships, and expand community impact, the summit is designed to equip organizations with practical tools and strategies for long-term success.

Participants will explore key topics including strategic planning, marketing, fundraising, donor engagement, event planning, volunteer mobilization, and organizational growth. Through focused workshops and an inspiring keynote session, attendees will gain practical tools, proven strategies, and real-world insights they can apply immediately within their organizations.

The summit will also provide valuable opportunities to learn from experienced nonprofit professionals and community leaders who understand the unique challenges and opportunities facing organizations throughout Alabama.

Beyond educational sessions, the event emphasizes the importance of collaboration and connection within the nonprofit sector. Attendees will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with nonprofit leaders, funders, partners, and changemakers from across the state through intentional networking opportunities and a Resource Fair featuring organizations and services that support nonprofit success.

Organizers hope participants will leave the event equipped with clear next steps, renewed confidence, and innovative strategies to strengthen their organizations, increase their impact, and better serve their communities.
