Catering to Love, a Tarrant County nonprofit, has found a permanent kitchen space at Cornerstone Assistance Network’s Riverside location. This partnership will allow the nonprofit to expand its catering services for local churches, community organizations, and other nonprofits.
Expansion Plans
The nonprofit, co-founded by CJ Winslow, served food at 150 events last year and fed over 1,000 people through Thanksgiving meal deliveries. With the new kitchen space, Catering to Love aims to serve food at 750 events by next year and 1,500 events within the next three years.
Winslow has lofty dreams for the organization, hoping to expand its impact to every NFL city in America within the next 10 years. The nonprofit is currently hiring a kitchen manager to help achieve these goals.
The partnership with Cornerstone Assistance Network is a leading example of how nonprofits can work together to serve their communities. Cornerstone CEO Scott Charbonneau noted that the partnership allows his organization to focus on its core mission while supporting another nonprofit in the catering industry.
