Haneke Design, a Tampa-based software development and user experience firm, has been acquired by Clearwater-based FrankCrum. The company’s founder, Jody Haneke, will join FrankCrum as chief technology officer, overseeing technology strategy and innovation.

FrankCrum, founded in 1981, provides payroll, human resources, staffing, and insurance services to businesses across the country.
