One homeowner, Willy Asher, described the scene as ‘all disaster’ and said it was ‘gut-wrenching’ to see the damage to his home and neighborhood.
Asher’s home was among those affected, with a large limb lying on top of the house. He will be staying elsewhere while his home is repaired.
