I recently had the opportunity to attend a performance of Guys and Dolls at Naperville Central High School, performed by Summer Place Theatre. The show was a delightful surprise, with a live orchestra and talented cast bringing the classic musical to life.
A Magical Night of Theater
The experience was a reminder of the magic of live theater, which creates a shared experience that cannot be replicated on a screen. The show’s themes of love, friendship, and community resonated with the audience, leaving us smiling and uplifted.
Summer Place Theatre’s next production, Rent, will run from July 17 through August 2 in Naperville. I highly recommend supporting local theater and experiencing the joy of live performance for yourself.
