Sheridan County Commissioners recently approved a subdivision permit for a 31.5-acre property located on Metz Rd, County Route 62. The permit, applied for by Travis and Mandy Krupiska, proposes the establishment of two new lots through a parcel division process.
Parcel Division Process
The parcel division process is a simpler subdivision process that does not include planning conditions. County Planner Mark Reid recommended approval of the permit with the condition that a county driveway permit be approved for Lot 2, which the petitioners had already applied for.
