Kaufman-Renn, who played at Purdue all four years of college, was the second-to-last pick of the second round. Across four seasons with the Boilermakers, Kaufman-Renn averaged 11 points and five rebounds per game. He helped Purdue to two Big Ten Tournament championships in 2023 and 2026.
The Boilermakers were NCAA Tournament runners-up in 2024, falling to UConn in the championship game. Kaufman-Renn went to Silver Creek High School, where he is the all-time leading scorer.
