Libertarian candidate for governor Nicholas Gluba and his running mate, Jules Cutler, are challenging the decision to remove Cutler from the November ballot in Iowa. An objection to Cutler’s candidacy claimed she failed to submit proper paperwork before the filing deadline.
The State Objection Panel removed her from the ballot last week. Cutler argued she tried to submit the paperwork and was told by a state employee that it was not required. Gluba stated that over 8,000 Iowans signed their petitions and deserve to have their voices heard in November.
