Rudolph Community and Care appoints new CFO and COO to guide growth

Savage, Minn. – Rudolph Community and Care (RCC), a family‑owned provider of Home and Community‑Based Services and Positive Support Services, announced two senior leadership appointments aimed at strengthening the organization’s financial and operational capacity.

New chief financial officer brings three decades of expertise

Laura Purfeerst will serve as RCC’s chief financial officer. Purfeerst brings more than 30 years of experience in strategic financial leadership, risk management, and organizational growth. In her new role she will work across departments to support well‑informed decision‑making and promote sustainable growth, positioning RCC for continued success.

“I’m energized by the meaningful support RCC provides and the impact we have on people’s lives,” Purfeerst said. “As CFO, I look forward to contributing to RCC’s growth and ensuring strong financial stewardship that sustains the work we do.”

Chief operating officer adds disability‑service experience

Easton Brown joins RCC as chief operating officer. Brown has more than a decade of leadership experience in the disability and mental‑illness sector, focusing on residential and community‑based services. He is passionate about improving systems, creating clarity, and leading people and organizations to grow while staying rooted in the mission.

“I never take for granted the honor and opportunity leadership has to impact the lives of the staff and people we support,” Brown said. “RCC is a special place with incredible resources, and as COO, I will work to carry forward and advance our specialized care while continuing to do good in our communities.”

Leadership team to guide RCC’s future

Together, Purfeerst and Brown will help guide RCC’s continued growth, strengthen operational and financial strategies, and support the organization’s commitment to person‑centered support for the individuals it serves.

RCC remains dedicated to empowering people with disabilities and complex needs to live with greater independence, purpose, and fulfillment. More information about the organization and its services can be found at www.rudolphcc.com.
