The Rowlett Lions Club has announced a total of $45,920 in charitable donations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. The funds will benefit various organizations and initiatives that serve the Rowlett community, including the Texas Lions Camp for Children with Disabilities, the Lions Sight & Tissue Foundation, and the Rowlett Needy Children’s Fund.

The club also donated to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul in Rowlett, the First Christian Church of Rowlett Hope in Hand Food Pantry, and provided scholarships for Rowlett High School students. Club leaders expressed gratitude for the continued support of members and the community, stating that their generosity allows the club to identify needs and provide meaningful assistance to those they serve.
Founded in 1966, the Rowlett Lions Club is part of Lions Clubs International, with approximately 1.4 million members in more than 200 countries and geographic areas. The club remains committed to improving lives through volunteer service and charitable giving, guided by the motto, “We Serve.”
