The Round Rock City Council approved an amendment to the planned unit development agreement with developer Endeavor to rezone the property from office to general commercial with limitations.
VA Clinic Breaks Ground
A $44.5 million Veterans Affairs outpatient clinic broke ground in Round Rock on June 18. The 63,808-square-foot facility is expected to open in 2027 and provide primary and preventative care, mental health support, and other specialty services to the area’s nearly 40,000 veterans.
Mountain Bike Trail Construction
A new city-owned mountain biking trail is under construction in Round Rock. The city provided an update on construction, which began earlier this year, and will feature nature-based mountain biking trails in a city-owned park.
