Real-Time Delivery Tracking

One of the most helpful tools is real-time delivery tracking, which allows customers to follow their package and know exactly when it will arrive. Customers can also specify a hidden drop-off location, such as behind a bush or on the side of the house, or choose to have packages delivered to one of thousands of Amazon lockers for added security.
