Primark Expands in Texas with New Store at The Parks Mall, Arlington

Primark, the international clothing retailer known for its affordable fashion, is expanding its presence in Texas with a new store opening at The Parks Mall in Arlington on June 25. This will be Primark’s sixth store in the Lone Star State, following recent openings in Hurst and other locations across Texas.

Local Impact and Offerings

The new store will provide nearly 30,000 square feet of retail space, offering a wide range of fashion options for families in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Primark aims to deliver style and quality at prices that won’t break the bank, making it a popular choice for local shoppers. The store will feature Primark’s summer collection, ‘The Get Away,’ which includes standout pieces like a striped embroidered maxi dress and a cotton midi dress, along with accessories and matching family looks.

Kevin Tulip, President of Primark US, emphasized the company’s commitment to expanding in Texas, stating, “We’ve seen first-hand the importance of providing fashion that doesn’t break the bank at our stores in the Dallas Fort-Worth area, and we want to continue to fulfill that need.”

Grand Opening and Community Engagement

The grand opening event on June 25 will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony, local treats, and giveaways. Primark is also actively hiring for various roles, with opportunities listed on their careers site. This expansion is part of Primark’s broader strategy to strengthen its presence in the United States, now boasting 42 stores nationwide.

Primark’s commitment to physical stores aims to revitalize malls and shopping centers, creating vibrant community spaces. The retailer’s focus on offering great value without compromise aligns with its mission to make fashion accessible to everyone.
