Background of the Case
Stafford was involved in the execution-style shooting of six employees inside a meat freezer in July 1978. Five of the victims died at the scene, and the sixth passed away at a hospital.
One of the gunmen was executed in 1995, while another died in a motorcycle crash a week after the murders.
