Motorcyclist Dies After Crash in Fairfield Township

A motorcyclist has died nearly a week after a crash with a car in Fairfield Township. The crash happened around 5:35 p.m. last Wednesday, on State Route 4 at Walden Ponds Circle.

According to Fairfield Township Police, the motorcycle was going northbound on State Route 4 when a car pulled out from Walden Ponds Circle. The motorcycle hit the driver’s side of the car.

The motorcyclist, identified as 29-year-old Brent Edward Neal, was taken by AirCare to University of Cincinnati Medical Center. He died Tuesday from his injuries.

The driver and a passenger in the car were not seriously hurt. Investigators said the motorcyclist wasn’t wearing a helmet. The crash remains under investigation.
