Serious injuries were reported in a motorcycle crash on Interstate 95 South in Fairfield on Sunday night.
Troopers responded to a report of a motorcycle crash on the highway near exit 22 around 10:30 p.m.
According to state police, serious injuries were reported and the accident reconstruction team responded to the scene.
The highway was closed for about four hours and has since reopened.
The crash remains under investigation.
