Available Resources

Johnson County Library offers a wide range of resources, including physical books and online materials. Some of the available resources include BookFlix, Lightbox, Britannica School, Naxos MusicBox, and Brainfuse HelpNow. These resources cover various subjects, such as science, social studies, language arts, and music.

In addition to these resources, the library also offers access to online encyclopedias, such as Britannica Library, and databases like Issues & Controversies and Access World News. For language learners, the library provides Mango Languages, which offers lessons presented through real-life situations and actual native conversations.

The library also offers resources specifically designed for students, including Elementary (Gale in Context), Middle School (Gale in Context), and High School (Gale in Context). These resources provide colorful pictures, simple descriptions, and overviews of various subjects, including animals, art, music, geography, health, literature, and people.
