Coburn Place, a nonprofit providing safe housing to survivors of domestic violence, is hosting its annual Lemonade Stand fundraiser to support unhoused students in Indianapolis. The event aims to raise funds for school supplies, helping these children start the new school year on a positive note.

The fundraiser will take place on July 16 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Coburn Place, located at 604 E. 38th St. Supporters can visit the nonprofit and purchase lemonade and snacks to contribute to the cause. On July 17, a Spiked Lemonade Stand event will be held at Black Dog Brewing, featuring local artists, food trucks, and an art auction.
Coburn Place will also have a Virtual Lemonade Stand online donation platform open through July 31 for those who cannot attend the events in person. The nonprofit has been supporting survivors across Central Indiana for 30 years and relies on community support to continue its mission.
