Indiana State Police say troopers remained busy across the state in May, conducting nearly 35,000 traffic stops and making thousands of arrests.

Enforcement Efforts

According to the agency’s monthly enforcement statistics, troopers issued more than 16,000 citations for various traffic violations. State police also reported 361 arrests for impaired driving and more than 2,700 criminal arrests overall during the month.
