Heavy rain and storms across southern Colorado have caused flooding on a road in Fremont County. The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office has deputies on the scene of a flooded road in the Copper Gulch Road area of County Road 28. Officials are working with the Deer Mountain Fire Department to address the situation.
The road is currently impassable, and traffic is being diverted. The flooding is a result of the heavy rain and storms in the area.
