Fort Worth Police responded to the scene and found a male victim with a gunshot wound following an altercation between two groups.

Matthew Smith, 28, was arrested shortly after the incident. He was apprehended on I-30 in east Fort Worth and faces charges of aggravated assault and unlawful possession of a firearm. Police have described the shooting as random violence among bar patrons, assuring the public that there is no ongoing threat.
