A search is underway for a Fort Bragg soldier who has been missing since June 29. SPC Sayveon Anderson was last seen June 29 at Fort Bragg, according to the Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division.
Anderson is an active duty service member. He stands 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 260 pounds. He has a chipped front tooth, a scar on his left arm, tattoos behind both ears and a tattoo on his upper left arm.
The soldier’s mom, Pamela Anderson, is asking for help. “It is with a heavy heart that I share that my son, Sayveon Anderson, has been missing from Fort Bragg since June 29th,” she wrote. “We had hoped and prayed that he would return home within a few days, but unfortunately that has not happened. After continued communication with military police and his sergeants, a missing persons report has been filed, and we are now asking for the public’s help while we continue to pray for his safe return.”
Anyone who sees him is asked to contact the Fort Bragg Resident Agency Army CID Carolinas Field Office at 910-391-4911. Anonymous tips can be submitted online.
