In addition to its signature pastries, Everything Madeleine offers a selection of beverages, including coffee and unique matcha drinks like earl grey matcha and strawberry matcha. The new Plano location opened its doors on May 30, providing a fresh option for local pastry enthusiasts.
Seunghee Park, the owner and pastry chef, brings a wealth of experience to the business, having studied in Seoul, Korea, and further honed her skills in Paris and New York. The Carrollton location, now under new management and renamed Lapin, laid the foundation for this expansion into Plano.
