The Epstein Truth Commission, tasked with investigating alleged crimes at Zorro Ranch in Santa Fe County, New Mexico, is facing delays as it works to complete a final report by the end of the year. The bipartisan four-member commission, which hired an Albuquerque firm to assist, is examining who may have known about the alleged crimes and how they were allowed to continue.
Investigation Delays
The commission is still reviewing the materials to determine their credibility and importance. An interim report is expected by July 31. However, the investigation is encountering significant delays, with some agencies requesting more time to comply with subpoenas. Additionally, federal agencies have ignored the commission’s requests for information.
New Mexico Attorney General Raúl Torrez has also expressed frustration, stating that federal agencies have not responded to his office’s inquiries about their Epstein investigation. Torrez has sent a letter to the U.S. Department of Justice demanding answers by the end of the month.
