Dallas Cowboys supporters heading to the home opener will find more than football action on the field – the stadium’s concession stands are rolling out a brand‑new menu for the 2026 season. Chef Heather Prince highlighted several Texas‑inspired items that will be available to any ticket holder, with prices ranging from $14 to $17.
New snack selections
Among the highlights is the Texas BBQ Doritos Loaded, featuring the team’s in‑house smoked brisket that cooks for 14 hours before being tossed with Doritos. Prince said, “We smoke the brisket here at the stadium for 14 hours, then load it onto the Doritos for a truly Texas flavor.”
Another fan favorite is the Peri‑Peri Chicken Doritos Loaded, which Prince noted was the top seller during the recent FIFA World Cup events. “It’s very bold in flavor,” she added.
The menu also includes a loaded hot dog that combines several game‑day staples: a hoagie bun filled with Cowboys mac and cheese, jalapeño pepper‑jack sausage, smoked chopped beef, Kraft BBQ sauce and fresh jalapeños.
Suite offerings and specialty dishes
Guests in the suites can enjoy elevated options such as lobster rolls, Caribbean jerk chicken and pizza, with a gluten‑free pizza available. Chef Christian Marentes emphasized the Texas twist on classic dishes, saying, “We take our heat seriously; we like the jalapeño flavor.”
For those craving a Texas‑style cheesesteak, the Cowboys are introducing a version that incorporates local flavors, promising a “full‑flavor Texas way” experience.
Desserts and local partnership
To finish the meal, the stadium’s pastry shop will serve a variety of desserts. Marentes called the dessert line “the most dangerous side” of the menu, a playful nod to its indulgence.
The Cowboys are also partnering with Paul Quinn College and its campus farm to source fresh produce for the new menu, reinforcing a commitment to local agriculture and community collaboration.
All new items will be available throughout the 2026 season, giving fans fresh choices to enjoy while cheering on the Cowboys.
