Congressional Hearings Reveal Details on Epstein’s Death and Crimes

Recent Congressional hearings have shed light on the circumstances surrounding Jeffrey Epstein’s death and the crimes he was accused of committing. Transcripts from two interviews were released, offering insights into the events leading up to and following Epstein’s death.

Testimony from Prison Guard Tova Noel

On May 18, Tova Noel, a guard at the prison where Epstein died, testified before the Congressional committee. Noel admitted that many prisoner counts did not occur on the night of Epstein’s death due to staffing shortages. She described finding Epstein unresponsive in his cell when she and another guard went to bring him breakfast. Noel insisted that Epstein committed suicide, stating, “Because he was the only one in his cell. Nobody else was in there.” She also mentioned that she did not discuss the incident with the other guard involved.

Former Attorney General Pam Bondi’s Testimony

Former Attorney General Pam Bondi testified eleven days later, focusing on the release of Epstein-related files. Bondi stated that she had delegated oversight of the file release process to Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche. When asked about Epstein’s partner, Ghislaine Maxwell, Bondi expressed strong opinions, saying she should “die in prison” and calling her “a monster.”

Bondi also addressed questions regarding President Donald Trump, declining to discuss any departmental discussions but confirming that all Epstein-related information concerning Trump had been released. She acknowledged that some victim information had been mistakenly released, attributing it to “human error” and apologizing for these mistakes.
