Bend, Ore. – For the first time, Central Oregon Locavore’s beloved holiday shopping event will span two days. The 18th Annual Holiday Gift Faire opens Friday evening, Dec. 11, and continues Saturday, Dec. 12, giving families and friends extra time to explore the region’s thriving maker community.
More than 80 local artisans under one roof
The Faire brings together over 80 hand‑selected artists, crafters, jewelry makers, ceramicists, textile creators, and specialty food producers. Shoppers can find original artwork, handcrafted jewelry, ceramics, textiles, small‑batch foods, home goods and unique gifts that are not available at big‑box retailers.
Tickets and VIP options
Admission is $3 when purchased online or $5 at the door; children under 17 enter free. For those who want an early start, a limited VIP experience offers entry from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Saturday, complimentary coffee and pastries, and a quiet shopping environment. Only 100 VIP tickets are available at $25 each.
Supporting the local economy
Organizers estimate that 98% of every dollar spent stays in the regional economy, directly supporting the artists, makers and small businesses that call Central Oregon home. The modest admission fee helps fund Locavore’s nonprofit mission of strengthening the local food and small‑business economy.
