Rainfall rates have been high, with some areas seeing 3 to 4 inches of rain per hour. The storms have been moving up and down the turnpike from Kissimmee to Kingsville. Apopka has seen 4.12 inches of rain, while other areas such as Gothera, Williamsburg, and Orlando have also experienced significant rainfall.
Temperatures will be in the lower 90s tomorrow, with a slight decrease in heat. However, the storms will pick up again in the afternoon, with a 70% chance of rain on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
The National Weather Service has not issued any warnings for the area, but residents are advised to stay indoors during heavy rainfall and to avoid traveling during peak storm hours.
