The Bossier Parish Transportation Department has been working through summer break to prepare for the start of the school year. Mechanics have serviced the district’s fleet of more than 285 buses, and staff have mapped out more than 200 bus routes across the parish. Workers have also integrated 13 new air-conditioned buses into the fleet.
