The Minardis took over ownership of Anthony’s Pizzeria in early 2025 and rebranded it to tell their family’s story. They offer a variety of menu items, including pizza, lasagna, and focaccia, all made fresh in-house with no frozen ingredients. The pizzeria specializes in Sicilian style pizza, which has a fluffier crust and is more garlic-forward.
The restaurant has adapted arancini, a fried rice ball filled with provolone or beef, into a bite-sized appetizer. Other menu items include garlic knots, chicken wings, salads, focaccia panino sandwiches, and a dessert menu featuring tiramisu.
