Albuquerque Public Schools is reminding families to register students for the 2026-27 school year through ParentVUE before classes begin in August. With the start of the new school year just weeks away, families are urged to log in to ParentVUE to complete the process online using a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
Registration Details
In addition to registering students, parents and guardians should review and update phone numbers, email addresses, and emergency contacts. APS relies on the information in ParentVUE to communicate important school updates and emergency notifications. Families can also upload required documents, including proof of residency, directly through the system using a device equipped with a camera.
Acceptable documents include a New Mexico driver’s license, lease agreement, utility bill, property tax bill, or mortgage receipt. One ParentVUE account allows families to manage information for multiple students, and the platform is available in both English and Spanish. Beyond annual registration, ParentVUE gives parents access to grades, attendance, assignments, calendars, and teacher contact information throughout the school year.
