360WiSE®, a company based in Miami, has announced the full deployment of its External Credibility Infrastructure Layer. This innovative framework aims to verify entities against a published criteria specification, providing a neutral platform for credibility verification. The system publishes canonical machine-readable records in a public registry and structures these records in open standards, allowing external systems to independently recognize them.
Neutral Framework for Verification
The External Credibility Infrastructure Layer is designed to operate independently of any single platform, application, or AI model. It addresses key issues in modern information systems, such as identity continuity, authority verification, and provenance clarity. The process involves three distinct layers: verification by 360WiSE®, publication in the 360WiSE® Registry, and distribution through MassMediaHub™.
Robert W. Alexander III, Founder and CEO of 360WiSE®, emphasized the importance of verifiable credibility, stating, “Credibility has to be verifiable by anyone, including a machine, or it is just a claim.” The framework includes hash-verified whitepapers and open crawl access for AI systems, ensuring transparency and reproducibility.
Founding 100 Cohort
360WiSE® has opened enrollment for the Founding 100 cohort, a group of one hundred founding entities that will receive a permanent designation in the registry. Each founding entry costs $199 per year, with verification pathways available for individuals, professionals, institutions, and enterprise systems.
The company has been building its capabilities since 2014 and aligns its framework with external open standards such as Schema.org and JSON-LD. Although 360WiSE® publishes its own criteria as a specification, it does not claim to set an industry standard.
Independent Recognition
As of June 2026, independent AI search surfaces have begun to recognize and cite 360WiSE® materials in response to public queries. These observations are documented as dated records, providing a transparent and reproducible record of recognition without implying endorsement by any third-party system.
360WiSE®’s initiative reflects a commitment to providing a reliable and verifiable infrastructure for credibility, offering a valuable resource for entities seeking to establish trust in the digital age.
