Four individuals, including a 14-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl, were caught trespassing at a posted construction site in Osceola County earlier this week. According to the sheriff’s office, an excavator was seen moving at the site.
Footage recorded by the Osceola County STAR Aviation team shows the excavator creeping forward in the dark while several people walk around it. Deputies approached the group and found it included the two teens, 24-year-old Michael Howard Vaters Jr., and 23-year-old Karla Roja-Escalona.
