A woman in Palm Coast, Florida, allegedly slipped out of her handcuffs during an arrest, according to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office. Sofiya Zvarych was taken into custody after allegedly getting into a fight with her boyfriend and holding him in a closet.
Deputies responded to the scene and attempted to speak with Zvarych, who became aggressive. Once inside the patrol car, video shows Zvarych slipping out of her handcuffs. Deputies said she then tried to fight them off as they attempted to reapply the cuffs.
Zvarych is facing multiple charges, including resisting an officer and battery on an officer. She has since been released on bond.
